We're seeking a Business Office Coordinator to support administrative, human resources, and financial functions within our community. In this role, you'll help maintain smooth day-to-day operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for both residents and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage business administration tasks, including billing, payroll, and accounting support.
Ensure all financial data expectations and deadlines are met in alignment with monthly accounting processes.
Process bi-weekly payroll and stay up-to-date on payroll regulations and business controls.
Maintain team member personnel records, including payroll processing, training records, and compliance documentation.
Lead onboarding and orientation for new team members, fostering a positive and engaging experience.
Partner with leadership to cultivate a strong workplace culture and team morale.
Keep training records up to date and manage data entry into training systems.
Communicate information clearly and professionally with team members and leadership.
Adhere to company policies and procedures to support a high standard of care and service.
Complete all required training programs and meet state regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
A passion for working in a supportive and people-focused environment.
Strong skills in business applications such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the ability to learn new software.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with presenting to small groups.
Knowledge of financial and business principles.
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with software like PeopleSoft, ADP, Kronos, ProCard, and/or BASIS.
An associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
