Job Description

Step into the world of industrial security with R2S! As our Confidential Security Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of safeguarding essential operations for Raytheon-Rafael at the Camden, Arkansas site.

What Your Role Entails:

  • Act as the Camden Site's Insider Threat Program Senior Official.
  • Develop and implement Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct assessments in collaboration with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency.
  • Collaborate with the Security Manager on FOCI mitigation requirements.
  • Enforce compliance with security programs aligned with the NISPOM.
  • Investigate and report any security violations or concerns.
  • Support program management in fulfilling security requirements.
  • Manage the administration of confidential information and coordinate with governmental inspections.
  • Oversee self-inspections and educational sessions for security awareness and compliance.
  • Control access to facilities and manage badges for new hires and contractors.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • Four years of experience in a security role or a bachelor's degree with at least three years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of NISPOM and DOD security regulations.

Additional Skills You Bring:

  • Experience with COMSEC.
  • Proven track record managing FOCI aspects, with a particular focus on security compliance.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Location: Be stationed full-time onsite at our Camden, AR facilities.

Travel: Limited to 10% domestic travel.
