Sector Labs is based in Cluj-Napoca and was founded in 2016 as part of Dubizzle Group . With a presence in 18 countries and combined traffic of more than 200m sessions per month, Dubizzle Group owns and operates property verticals and classifieds platforms in emerging markets.

Soon after we were founded we managed to build some of the fastest classifieds portals in the world (e.g. bayut.com ). Working along with engineering teams in Pakistan, United Arab Emirates, Thailand, Philippines, and Spain we make it our mission to enable and optimize businesses through technology driven by a healthy combination of pragmatism and ambition.

As a Data Analyst, you will get to work with a wide range of tools and technologies to help us make the best decisions using data. We operate high-traffic websites and applications with abundant tracking sources, which means, we value the ability to operate in a dynamic and sometimes unpredictable environment.

Responsibilities:

• Creates traffic and usage reports to communicate business performance across departments

• Provides ad-hoc analysis to identify high-level conclusions and action items that contribute to product improvements

• Finds patterns and errors in the current tracking flows and works with the product team to propose fixes and future improvements

• Keeps an eye out for data and usage anomalies

• Monitors the competition and creates dashboards for measuring their performance

• Building data dashboards and advanced visualizations with a focus on UX, simplicity, and usability (frequently used tools are Data Studio, Google Analytics, and Periscope)

• Prepare informative and organized presentations showcasing insights and recommendations supported by data

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics or a related field

• Two years of experience in a full-time Analyst position or a similar role

• Intermediate understanding of SQL

• Basic understanding of Python for data analysis and debugging or a similar language

• Excellent data investigation abilities and root cause analyses for large datasets

• Great communication skills with fluency in English
