Our client, a respected litigation firm known for its strategic legal work and modern approach to technology, is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager. This role oversees end-to-end eDiscovery workflows—from data collection through production—while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise with tools like RelativityOne, a solid grasp of the EDRM, and the ability to manage complex litigation matters with minimal oversight. Success in this role requires clear communication, the confidence to engage directly with attorneys and clients, and a proactive mindset. A background in law firms or service providers is welcome, particularly with hands-on experience across ESI workflows, analytics, and project management. Experience with Everlaw is a bonus. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Oversees the end-to-end management of eDiscovery projects, from data collection to production
- Coordinates with legal teams, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitors project progress, identifies risks, and implements mitigation strategies
- Manages the collection, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI)
- Ensures data security and integrity throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle
- Ensures adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, including GDPR, CCPA, and FRCP
- Acts as a liaison between attorneys, clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Communicates project status, risks, and deliverables effectively
- Manages expectations and provides solutions to evolving project needs
QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (JD or legal background preferred)
- Some experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or information governance
- Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) or Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) is a plus
- Hands-on experience with eDiscovery tools and platforms
- Experience managing large-scale litigation, investigations, or regulatory matters
- Proficiency in eDiscovery tools such as NuixDiscover, Relativity Server, RelativityOne, Everlaw, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of data processing, analytics, and review workflows
- Familiarity with legal hold software and enterprise data sources (email systems, cloud storage, databases)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Expected salary for this non-exempt role is $110,000 - $130,000, commensurate with experience, training, skills, qualifications, and other market factors.
