Title: Senior Administrative Assistant
Location: San Antonio (north), Texas
Remote Policy: Client site 90% 
Contract Type: Contract, W-2
Starting Date: Immediately
Work from home: You will be expected to come into the office from time-to-time, so must live in San Antonio area. 

Client is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to to work temporary for a few months and diversify to permanent employee. This is a senior position for a person with strong administration background.

Required/Preferred Skills:

• 9+ years of Executive Administration of Managers and/or Executives.
• First person for guests/team: meet guests, answer busy telephone.
• Past experience with confidential conversations.
• Organize trips, collect receipts, file reports. 
• Create and manage purchases, purchase orders, vouchers.
• Create and edit data entry records.
• Create and edit documentation, presentations. 
• Ensure complaince of local, state, and federal regulations and compliances. 
• High school degree or GED required.
