We are seeking an ELITE LEVEL Loan Officer Assistant on Long Island. This is a unique and rare opportunity to work alongside one of the top-producing Loan Officers in NY. Referrals are everything, so attention to detail at every step is essential. • Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of professionals committed to excellence and continuous improvement Qualifications: WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: • THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION IN LAKE SUCCESS; must be able to work in the office M-F 9 am to 6 pm (or similar schedule)• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in a sales role related to loan origination (Loan Officer, LOA) • Strong working knowledge of Encompass and Salesforce is a plus • Holding a license as a Mortgage Loan Originator would be beneficial, or candidates must be willing to pursue licensing in NY • Excellent communication skills are necessary – high energy, outgoing, and loves to work with people and build relationships • Must be responsive during and after office hours and must be comfortable taking calls (and sending updated preapprovals) on weekends and evenings as necessary • Candidates should possess a sales-driven mindset and be able to contribute to business growth initiatives • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and openness to learning from industry experts are key attributes sought for this role About Company: Why Join Madison Mortgage Services?
