Full Job Description

Our DTC beauty client is seeking a Media Buyer in a full-time capacity, with the opportunity to start as a fractional (part-time/contract) hire before converting to full-time. This is a remote role with the opportunity to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for a fast-scaling beauty brand.

MUST-HAVES:

.Hands-on media buying experience with META (Facebook/Instagram Ads) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping). .Proven track record of scaling e-commerce campaigns while optimizing ROAS and CAC. .Strong analytical mindset, with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and performance attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam). .Ability to test and scale new paid channels (TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Programmatic, etc.). .Experience collaborating with creative teams on ad concepting, asset iteration, and A/B testing. .Proficiency in budget management and media spend optimization.

NICE-TO-HAVES:

.Experience working with health, beauty, or wellness DTC brands. .Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Unbounce/Replo (landing page builders), and SMS marketing platforms. .Comfort with light copywriting or briefing creatives for ad campaigns. .Knowledge of CRM tools, project management platforms (Notion, Slack), and reporting dashboards.
