Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and allowing the executive team to focus on strategic goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.

Pay Range: 

$1050 - $1250 weekly

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
• Manage personal tasks such as event planning, household management, and errands.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
