Position: Personal Assistant

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Personal Assistant, you will work closely with our senior management team to provide administrative support and manage daily tasks and responsibilities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sports and looking to build a career in the sports management industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the schedules of senior management, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and emails, responding or redirecting as necessary
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Conduct research and compile information for reports and presentations
- Assist with contract negotiations and other administrative tasks related to client management
- Coordinate and manage special projects and events, including client appearances and charity initiatives
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- Handle personal errands and tasks for senior management as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and provide support as needed
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sports industry
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Proactive and able to anticipate needs and take initiative
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
- Passion for sports and a desire to learn and grow within the sports management industry
