The Refrigeration & Commercial Kitchen Equipment Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing the maintenance, troubleshooting, commercial kitchen equipment, and refrigeration systems across Flora-Bama properties. This role requires technical expertise, including refrigeration and electrical components, as well as experience in general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, basic electrical, and property maintenance. The Technician will work under the direction of the Maintenance Foreman or Manager and collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all systems function efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall maintenance of Flora-Bama facilities.
