As a
Site Supervisor/Superintendent , you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality projects. This role blends leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on construction expertise to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and a tight-knit team to bring visionary designs to life.
Key Responsibilities - Manage all aspects of construction for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop, manage, and adjust CPM schedules to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet Jorgenson Builders' standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during construction, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Work closely with architects, designers, engineers, and trade partners to ensure seamless execution of designs.
- Order materials, review submittals, and track deliveries to maintain efficiency.
- Address and resolve on-site issues swiftly to prevent delays.
- Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, changes, and inspections using CoConstruct or similar tools.
- Provide occasional assistance with layout, measurements, or other construction tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For - 3 to 5 (or more) years of experience in managing luxury custom home construction projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as CoConstruct or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with high-end clients and design professionals.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a focus on efficiency.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer programs, including Microsoft Teams and QuickBooks.
- Basic tools and reliable transportation are required.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and construction codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Experience implementing lean construction principles is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- A clean driving record is a must.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation & Benefits - Full Time Position
- Competitive salary at $80,000 to $95,000 per year, based on experience.
- 3% company-matched IRA.
- Employer contributions toward health insurance.
