JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Coordinator of International Partners and Programs is key in developing and executing the strategy for international humanitarian work of Lakewood Church, Joel Osteen Ministries, and the M3 network. This position supports the continuation of 65 years of legacy humanitarian work globally and helps identify strategies to engage and develop existing relationships while building new ones. Additionally, this role refines protocols and processes for selecting international projects, assessing their impact, and ensuring alignment with the vision and heart of the ministry.

This position reports to the Executive Director of Humanitarian Aid.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Work with the Executive Director to build systems and strategies that align mission and resources to refine existing partnerships and identify new opportunities
• Coordinate engagement and connectivity opportunities with nonprofit and ministry partners supported by Lakewood Church, Joel Osteen Ministries and M3
• Assess and review the measurable impact of partnerships and projects, focusing on community impact, infrastructure investments, and transformation
• Evaluate how our engagement, strategy, and impact are changing outcomes in the areas we are supporting by measuring the successes of short- and long-term goals of the projects
• Provide regular reporting to the Executive Director and to the department to assess project outcomes and identify opportunities to communicate results to the congregation and partners
• Act as the primary liaison with international partners, coordinating communications and maintaining relationships
• Work with the Senior Director of M3 to develop and maintain strategies that expand and leverage the M3 network and conference
• Support the execution of the M3 Conference by performing key functions as required
• Perform other related duties as assigned

This will also include:

• Regular attendance at Church services and classes,
• Serving as a Prayer Partner or as a volunteer in any ministry of the Church, and
• Serving our community through local outreaches from time to time when needed by the Church

QUALIFICATIONS

• Professional appearance and conduct
• Demonstrates both professionalism and empathy when working with others
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Demonstrable working knowledge of project and time management tools/resources
• Cooperative and communicative attitude with executive staff, managers, employees, volunteers, and clients
• Flexibility in schedule to work with international partners in multiple time zones
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
• Ability to lift a minimum of 20lbs

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• 3 or more years of related work experience
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Bible College Degree or certification is preferred
• Prior experience in Ministry and/or Relief and Outreach related field is preferred
