Line Cook:

• Prepare and cook menu items with precision and consistency
• Maintain high culinary standards and food quality
• Assist with ingredient prep, station setup, and maintaining a clean workspace
• Follow recipes, portioning, and plating guidelines
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met

Sous Chef:

• Oversee kitchen operations and support the Executive Chef
• Lead and mentor the kitchen team, ensuring efficiency and teamwork
• Assist in menu development, inventory management, and ordering supplies
• Maintain quality control and uphold restaurant standards
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen (Italian cuisine experience is a plus!)
• Passion for cooking and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, high-energy environment
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to excellence
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
