About the Role:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to reinforce the recruitment team supporting the commercial unit for a leading global pharmaceutical company. As a member of the European team, you will be focusing especially on the Polish market with the objective of identifying, attracting, assessing and accompanying best-fit, diverse talent. As a member of the regional Talent Acquisition team, you will also be supporting other countries and working with managers across the region. You will be delivering best-in-class recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers and outstanding partnership across HR centers of excellence As an Employer Brand ambassador to the external market, you will be role-modelling the Values and Behaviors of Inspired, Curious, Unbossed and Integrity. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing up to onboarding. You will be playing a key role in the mission to reimagine medicine by driving hiring outcomes that amplify our business and talent strategy. This role reports to the regional Talent Acquisition Lead and will work hand in hand with the regional Talent Acquisition team. Key responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Workload : 100% (40 hours per week)
