Job Description

Responsible for supporting, resolving, and creating talent acquisition program and process strategy and system functionality and support. This position will assess, build, launch, and evaluate talent acquisition processes and programs to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and technology functionality and business process.

Essential Functions

  • Oversee and execute talent acquisition strategy and support within talent acquisition processes and technologies.
  • Lead, track, and deliver outcomes through resolving talent acquisition opportunities, defects, user concerns, and system functionality.
  • Develop comprehensive hiring support plans outlining volume, risks, issues, dependencies, and functionality needs.
  • Leads collaboration with cross functional teams to execute projects, support and administration resolutions.
  • Provide communication and direction to teams regarding solutions, resolutions, and open items.
  • Work with cross functional teams in partnership to enhance and optimize TA processes, technology, and experience
  • Partner with stakeholders to create adaptable hiring support plans that consider workforce trends, anticipated risks, and operational needs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Minimum Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum Experience

Three (3) years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or a related field with 1+ years of experience in reporting and data management.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Ability to building relationships with internal and external business clients.

Preferred Qualifications: experience in managing recruitment marketing campaigns is preferred.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $5,364.26/month - $9,476.86/month Colorado Pay Range: $5,662.27/month - $9,081.99/month New York Pay Range: $5,662.27/month - $9,476.86/month New York City Pay Range: $7,152.35/month - $9,476.86/month

Additional Details: This position is a hybrid or remote option in the US or Canada. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Corporation location several times per week.
