Mount de Sales Academy seeks to hire a Testing Coordinator for the 2025-2026 school year. The Testing Coordinator oversees the process of testing with accommodations for students enrolled in the Sacred Heart Program. The Testing Coordinator for the Sacred Heart Program at Mount de Sales Academy is expected to be a skilled professional person who works in close collaboration with the Sacred Heart Team so that he or she may effectively fulfill the various roles that must be assumed during the course of the day. Mount de Sales Academy seeks to offer a high quality program that is integrated with religious truths and values. The Testing Coordinator supports these basic beliefs, values and traditions of the Catholic Church and is expected to model Gospel values in personal demeanor and lifestyle. Likewise, personnel and students are expected to model Christ-like behavior in their actions with the Testing Coordinator and with one another. Duties and responsibilities: The duties listed below are typically performed by an employee in this classification. However, an employee may not be assigned all duties or may be assigned duties which are not listed. Coordinate the testing process for students in the Sacred Heart Program in a timely fashion, including: Receive information regarding upcoming tests from teachers. Post that information on calendar. Send passes and communicate with teachers. Keep tests in an organized system. Return completed tests to teachers. Give students passes, as needed, to complete tests at a later time. Ensure that students receive the appropriate accommodations for all tests/quizzes. Maintain processes that ensure academic integrity in the Sacred Heart Testing Center. Coordinate with Sacred Heart Coordinator and Learning Specialists to ensure adequate supervision and accommodations support in Testing Center. Upload and organize electronic testing files for digital testing accommodations. Keep records of tests/quizzes given. Manage make-up and extended test times with students. Work with Sacred Heart Team to implement midterm and final exam procedures. Work with Coordinator to manage administration of standardized tests for Sacred Heart students including, but not limited to, PSAT, PreACT, ACT, AP exams, National Latin Exam, National Spanish Exam, and National French Exam. Guide students in learning to advocate for themselves and prioritize time management. Regularly update Sacred Heart Coordinator with any student concerns. Attend Sacred Heart Department Meetings and assist with department responsibilities. Other related tasks not otherwise specified.
