Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Traffic & Production Marketing Manager to join their customer in the Higher Education Industry. This person will be responsible for the following:
Handle all parts of creative projects from start to finish, making sure they meet the company's goals.
Work with designers, writers, video producers, and marketing directors to ensure projects run smoothly.
Create and keep track of project timelines to ensure everything is done on time.
Assign tasks and resources effectively to meet project needs and boost team productivity.
Monitor how projects are going, solve any problems, and keep everything on track.
Keep in touch with project leads and stakeholders to ensure everyone is happy and aligned.
Make sure all creative work is high-quality and follows brand guidelines.
Oversee project budgets to ensure money is spent wisely and within limits.
Continuously look for ways to make project management more efficient and effective.
Create regular reports on project status and performance to help with decision-making.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Over 3 years of experience in creative production and traffic management, either with an in-house creative team or an agency.
Familiarity with Monday.com, Ziflow, or similar project management software - Production and Traffic experience in a B2B setting
Vendor Relationship Management experience
Experience in the Healthcare Education Industry null
