Responsibilities:
Booking Management: Handle hotel reservations and bookings efficiently and accurately, ensuring all client requests are met promptly.
Client Engagement: Communicate with clients via phone, email, or online chat to understand their accommodation needs and preferences.
Availability Monitoring: Utilize booking systems to check room availability, rates, and special promotions to offer the best options to clients.
Reservation Coordination: Coordinate bookings with hotels, ensuring all special requests (e.g., room preferences, amenities) are communicated and confirmed.
