Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites and web applications, from layout to function, according to project specifications. You should be passionate about creating user-friendly, visually appealing, and responsive web experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain functional, responsive websites and web applications.

Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.

Work with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability and performance.

Optimize applications for speed and scalability.

Conduct website testing and debugging.

Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and apply them into operations and activities.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.

Ensure security and data protection best practices are followed.



Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role.

Proficiency in front-end languages and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue).

Familiarity with back-end languages (e.g., PHP, Node.js, Python) and frameworks is a plus.

Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) is desirable.

Understanding of UI/UX principles.

Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.

Knowledge of SEO principles is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have:

Experience with API integration (REST, GraphQL).

Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).

E-commerce or web accessibility (WCAG) experience.
