We are looking for a motivated Enterprise Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in driving product adoption, retention, and growth by delivering exceptional value to our clients and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and be open to contributing across various areas of the business. In addition to supporting clients and ensuring their success, this role includes responsibilities such as addressing support requests, creating and updating Help Center resources, and handling inbound inquiries from active users.

Responsibilities:
Lead new client onboarding, ensuring a thorough understanding of each client's needs and custom-tailoring solutions for their success.
Provide proactive and consultative support to clients throughout their journey.
Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion within existing client accounts.
Contribute to the company's revenue growth by driving value for large clients.
Work efficiently and with a sense of urgency to meet and exceed daily and monthly goals, documenting all client interactions.
Offer clients valuable resources such as knowledge center materials, webinars, tutorial videos, and other forms of support.
Keep CRM activity up to date and accurate.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Economics, or related field.
4+ years of experience as a customer success manager within a SaaS, Fintech, or Financial Services environment.
Strong preference for experience within the financial industry.
Resourceful and creative problem-solver, with the ability to understand and address client needs while aligning solutions with broader business goals.
Proficiency in Excel, GSuite, and related software tools.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Proven leadership capabilities, including a vision for growth and a commitment to building strong teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
