We're looking for an enthusiastic Instructor to provide engaging and informative training on a widely used Head Start data management system. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of Head Start/Early Head Start operations who enjoys travel and connecting with educators.

About the Role
As an Instructor, you will deliver training sessions to both new and existing customers, ensuring they understand how to effectively use the software to support their Head Start programs. You'll lead in-person and virtual trainings, create helpful training materials, and provide ongoing support to users. This role involves extensive travel, typically three weeks per month, with minimal weekend stays.

What You'll Do
Conduct individual and group training sessions for customers, both onsite and virtually.
Develop and update training materials to enhance user learning.
Maintain and optimize the training database for improved user experience.
Proactively prepare for trainings, including client communication before sessions.
Provide support via online chat and assist with other projects when not traveling.

What You Bring
Knowledge of Head Start/Early Head Start regulations and program operations.
Excellent presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work well with both clients and team members.
1-2 years of training experience (or similar instructional experience).
Familiarity with federal Head Start performance standards and PIR (Program Information Report).
