SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER - REMOTE POSITION
ISEI Consulting is on the lookout for an innovative, diligent, and dedicated Social Media Manager to orchestrate the end-to-end process of high-quality content creation, scheduling, and distribution across a myriad of media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and execute a compelling social media blueprint for ISEI Consulting across primary platforms (including but not limited to Online Newsletters, LinkedIn, and potential future channels).
• Conceptualize plans rooted in data analytics to bolster engagement rates and follower growth.
• Curate insightful content that mirrors ISEI's consulting prowess, with a special focus on family-owned ventures and empowering women in business.
• Draft persuasive copy, design captivating graphics, manage content posting, and oversee our publishing schedule.
• Analyze and present insights on audience growth and engagement patterns using analytics.

Requirements:

• Proficient understanding of social media nuances, with emphasis on Newsletter curation and distribution, as well as LinkedIn.
• A keen aesthetic sense and proficiency in Canva and other graphic design tools.
• Stay abreast with the latest trends and shifts in the social media and global landscape.
• A knack for thinking divergently and crafting innovative strategies to captivate social audiences.
• Stellar written and oral communication aptitudes.
• A methodical approach, emphasizing accuracy, fact-verification, and editing.
• Prior experience with social media insights and proficiency in Photoshop will be considered an added advantage.
• Commitment to a 10-15 hour work week.
